After years of working as a Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner in several Jacksonville Emergency Departments, Elizabeth decided to develop her own functional and integrative practice that is structured to allow more time to resolve and prevent core issues.
Healthcare is Elizabeth’s primary passion but her second career. She was a marine mechanical engineer in her previous life. Having gone to US Merchant Academy at Kings Point for undergrad prepared her for life in healthcare – discipline, courage, resilience, and a sense of duty. Elizabeth is proud to serve in a primary care role in our community to promote health awareness and disease prevention.
Elizabeth and her amazing husband of 23 years have four children ranging from 10-20 years old. She loves being active in their schools, church, and the community. Jacksonville has been their home for 25 years, having moved from Texas where she grew up.
Snowden McFall – 2021
Snowden McFall, professional speaker, tv host, author and coach for women is the owner Fired Up Professional Speaking. A business expert who speaks on motivation, stress management, presentation skills, and women’s issues , Snowden has authored and co-authored 6 books, including Fired Up!, which has now sold over 65,000 copies. Her newest book is Stress Express: 15 Instant Stress Relievers. She is currently writing a book on women and overwhelm.
She is also the host of Ignite Success! a tv show focused on women leaders which airs on ABC in Jacksonville, Fl. Snowden received her BA from Vassar College and her Masters of Arts in Teaching from Brown University. She is a certified money business breakthrough coach and coaches women in confident public speaking, stress and burnout prevention and money business breakthroughs.
As co- founder of the non-profit group “Success for Women Entrepreneurs” in NH, Snowden’s volunteer work led to national media attention. The Small Business Administration named her National Women in Business Advocate of the Year which led to a White House ceremony & Congressional luncheon in her honor.
Inc. Magazine later chose Snowden as finalist for “New England Entrepreneur of the Year.” Snowden has appeared on 330 radio shows, CNN Financial News, The Home Shopping Network and Bloomberg Television. Recently featured in Success Magazine, Investors Business Daily and Foxnews.com as an expert on burnout, Snowden has been speaking for over 25 years and has addressed several thousand professionals in companies like Pepsico, Pfizer, Vistakon, Fidelity National Financial and more.
Her specialty is creating custom programs which are interactive and highly practical, involving the audience throughout her presentations.
Snowden was voted Small Business Leader of the Year by the Professional Women’s Council for 2021 and 2009 and is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville, Fl. She received the President’s Volunteer Service Award from President Obama and was named a Woman of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal. April Murdaugh – 2020
April D. Murdaugh is a Financial Adviser Woman to Woman Financial in Jacksonville, Florida. Her practice helps women and their families create and grow generational wealth.
She is passionate about financial literacy and has taught financial education programs in churches, libraries, and private organizations in both South Carolina and Florida. In 2015, she founded a non-profit organization, The Economic Empowerment Center, Inc., dedicated to providing financial education programs for high school and college students.
Her signature workshop, The Five Biggest Mistakes Women Make with Money outlines the many financial struggles she’s had managing her finances to help eliminate the stigma and shame many women feel about their financial situation in hopes of getting them to act.
April has a background as a college administrator and full-time professor of Business, Finance, and Logistics. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University, a Master of Science degree from Southern Wesleyan University, and a Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University.
She is a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce; a board member of the Professional Women’s Council of the Jax Chamber (PWC); a board member of Women Business Owners of North Florida (WBONFL); Advisory Board Member of the Barco Newton YMCA; and President of The American Business Women’s Association-Orange Park Chapter.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, music, running, kayaking, and hiking.

Dr. Lauren Cost – 2019
Dr. Lauren Cost was born in Jacksonville, Florida. While growing up in Jacksonville, Dr. Cost participated in many sports; soccer, basketball, volleyball, swimming, dance, and cheerleading. She graduated from Stanton College Preparatory School in 2007.
After high school, Dr. Cost attended the University of Central Florida on a Bright Futures scholarship. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and became the education board member. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in CardioPulmonary Sciences and had the privilege of working in multiple Orlando Hospitals in the Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, and Pediatric ICU.
Upon graduation, Dr. Lauren returned to Jacksonville where she met her now-husband, George Cost. The couple continued a long-distance relationship for three years while Dr. Lauren was in Chiropractic School. They eventually married in 2015 and Dr. Cost returned again to Jacksonville a few months afterward.
George supported Dr. Lauren’s decision to open an office immediately
Dr. Cost and George live in the Mandarin area with their two dogs, Dean and Liberty Belle. Their hobbies include traveling, exploring new restaurants, attending concerts, and fostering dogs. Dr. Lauren enjoys burrata cheese, red wine, and sleeping in.
Jamie Glavich – 2018

Jillian Hubbard – 2017
Jillian S. Hubbard is the Owner and President of Advanced Furniture Solutions,
Recently honored with becoming a Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business, making the 2016 Fastest Growing Businesses in NE Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal, as well as the 2017 Small Business Leader of the Year by the Jacksonville Chamber Professional Women’s Council, Jillian is a passionate and effective leader with diverse experience in both business and healthcare. She has been a registered nurse for 26 years, graduating from St. John’s College of Nursing in Springfield, IL. She completed her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Management at Loyola Marymount University and holds a Master of Public Health degree from UCLA.
In January 2016, Jillian officially took over as the President/CEO of Advanced Furniture Solutions and the rest, as they say, is history. Her extensive background in healthcare provides a unique insight for individuals and business owners who are looking for ergonomic office furniture solutions in the workplace. She believes that no employee should have to choose between earning a living and living healthy. She is a strong advocate of employers “activating the workplace” by bringing movement to where people spend most of their sedentary time—the office—and bridging the gap between workplace furniture and the need for corporate wellness.
A lifelong animal lover, Jillian is passionate about animal rescue, particularly with Pit Bull and Staffordshire Terrier breeds, and works tirelessly to be an advocate to have their voices heard. She loves spending time with her husband (especially outside of work!) gardening and landscaping, attending gourmet cooking classes, traveling the world, scuba diving, enjoying red wines, and participating in the never-ending quest for the perfect, extra-dirty vodka martini. She has become a Jacksonville Jaguars fan, mostly because of her love for the team mascot Jaxson, and currently resides in Jacksonville with her husband Jeffrey and their four rescue animals, Pandora, Bella, Christian and Max D.
Severine Wider is the CEO and Chief Director/Photographer of Severine Photography, a 2000 square foot state-of-the-art photography studio situated in downtown Jacksonville.
Severine is originally from Switzerland where she worked as a registered nurse in intensive cardiology care. She moved to the United State of America in 2006 to learn English, a language that she did not know at all. Six years later, she received her Fine Art degree with a Concentration in Photography from the University of North Florida. She received the President’s Honor Roll many times and was graduated Summa Cum Laude and Honors. She was also nominated Outstanding Student in Photography by the College of Arts & Sciences in April 2012.
Severine obtained her Certification as Professional Photographer from the Professional Photographer Association (PPA) in 2014.
Severine has received three Silver Award Honor of Excellence by the Wedding and Portrait International Association in recognition for her work.
Severine started Severine Photography from her passion for images. She grew up with a darkroom in her basement as her parents recorded her childhood with photographs. Severine never lost her passion for photography and opened her studio in her garage in May 2012, and soon thereafter created her present large studio on the 8th floor of a downtown building.

Marie Hope is a business coach and consultant and president of Women In Business Coaching.
Marie works with business owners and the self-employed to help them grow and develop their business with grace and ease. She has over 25 years experience as a successful business owner and entrepreneur, having owned and sold three successful businesses since 1990. Marie has over 10 years experience in teaching, training and coaching. Marie’s mission is to help business owners and professionals develop their businesses and careers to a level where they feel financially secure and abundant while still having time to enjoy family, friends and create a good life work balance. Being in the flow of the creative process in business is essential to enjoying your life’s work and it is Marie’s goal to help you to tap into that.
