Wendy has lived in the Jacksonville area since 1984 and works as a Realtor®, representing sellers and buyers in the Jacksonville, Orange Park, and St. Johns areas. One of the things she enjoys most about her career is the opportunity to educate people about what is going on in the real estate market. It gives her the ability to help others connect to resources and services they might need, which include learning about establishing and growing a business here in the Northeast Florida area.
Wendy has a Bachelor’s in Sociology and a Masters in Criminal Justice and values continuing education. She has obtained several designations which include: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure), E-Pro, Stager, and At Home with Diversity. Wendy also had the honor of being named Small Business Leader of the Year for Jax Chamber South Council in 2016 and has always been an active member of PWC.
She has been happily married for 33 years, has one daughter, one son, and two maltipoos at home. She loves to spend time with her family and whenever she’s not out working, networking, or volunteering, you’ll find her curled up with a good book and ice cold Coke.
