Wendy has been a resident of the Jacksonville area since 1984, and a Realtor in the area since 2004. She is the Team Lead for Hughes Group Jax with Keller Williams. Her team focuses on providing the best possible customer service for their clients, every step of the way. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice.
In 2018, Wendy became an Associate Broker has welcomed her daughter Alia Hughes to the team as Partner and lead buyer’s agent.
Throughout her real estate career and business, she has continued her education, obtaining designations as a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure), E-PRO, Stager, At Home With Diversity, and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). She is also a member of the Jax Chamber, has served as the 2018 Professional Women’s Council President for the Jax Chamber, was named 2017 Woman of the Year for the LLS, and 2016 Small Business Leader of the Year for the South Council. She is a 7x BOLD graduate, a member of the ALC, and comes from a military family.

After 12:00 p.m., the price is $27 for both members and guests at the door.

Reservations are held until 11:45 a.m. Then we allow those on the waitlist to use the empty seats. No refunds. If you are having problems with the payment process, please let us know in our contact form.
As always, guests are welcome to attend. After two visits we do encourage you to join PWC and the JAX Chamber to continue attending events.
