In 2016, she developed the team’s Girls Flag Jamboree celebrating high-school-aged female athletes dominating both on and off the field. Also, in that year, she implemented Jaguars FAFSA Nights with the goal of increasing students at underserved schools applying for and receiving education grants and scholarships. Nichole a native of Florida, is a teacher and builder by nature. Nichole has had hands-on experience in the ever-evolving trucking industry for over 15 years. She is known among her peers in the industry as the “Trucking Professor.” Her expertise has landed her a 7 figure success and she is now teaching other people how to create their own empire through trucking.
