Amy is a South Georgia native who grew up in a small coastal city of St. Simons Island. She attended both Georgia Southern University and Flagler College studying marketing and elementary education.
It was when she began working for hotels & resorts during college, that Amy found her true calling to the hospitality industry. Working at elite hotels such as Ocean Hammock Resort & Sawgrass Marriott, Amy was able to hone in on her love of the food and beverage industry. Her passion for food, wine, and service eventually led her to complete the 1st Level of the Master Sommelier program. Eventually, she was able to combine both her knowledge in marketing, hospitality and food and beverage and became the Sales Manager for Season 52 and currently works as the Group + Event Dining Manager for Bonefish Grill.
Bonefish Grill has given Amy tremendous support in her community involvement with the Chamber of Commerce. As a mother of three children, it is considered her mission to continually step out of her comfort zone to support her community, family, and friends and to teach her children that no goal is out of reach.

Elizabeth is a Sea Island, Georgia Native who followed the sun to Florida by way of North Carolina. Elizabeth has been in marketing for over sixteen years in various organizations and has helped in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She loves to share the impact Phi is making on our community and environment as well as helping to change the health and wellness industry standards. She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with her husband, two kids, English Mastiff, Bearded Dragon, and Chinchilla. Elizabeth is an avid gardener (even attends local markets to sell her goods!) and loves to be outside.

April D. Murdaugh is a Financial Adviser Woman to Woman Financial in Jacksonville, Florida. Her practice helps women and their families create and grow generational wealth.
She is passionate about financial literacy and has taught financial education programs in churches, libraries, and private organizations in both South Carolina and Florida. In 2015, she founded a non-profit organization, The Economic Empowerment Center, Inc., dedicated to providing financial education programs for high school and college students.
Her signature workshop, The Five Biggest Mistakes Women Make with Money outlines the many financial struggles she’s had managing her finances to help eliminate the stigma and shame many women feel about their financial situation in hopes of getting them to act.
April has a background as a college administrator and full-time professor of Business, Finance, and Logistics. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University, a Master of Science degree from Southern Wesleyan University, and a Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University.
She is a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce; a board member of the Professional Women’s Council of the Jax Chamber (PWC); a board member of Women Business Owners of North Florida (WBONFL); Advisory Board Member of the Barco Newton YMCA; and President of The American Business Women’s Association-Orange Park Chapter.

Christina is a graduate of Stetson University and has been a banking professional for 23 years. She quickly climbed the ranks to become a banking manager responsible for growing her company’s business and expanding their bottom line.
Among her accomplishments is the successful expansion of her former bank’s franchise in the Jacksonville market, including launching a new branch office that quickly achieved profitability and built a loyal client base. Christina currently manages the Deerwood Park office for Ameris Bank. Ameris started in 1971 and has always stood for strength and courage; pride and fierce determination. This represented with our lion symbol being a central part of our brand. With over $16 Billion in assets we service customer across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Christina enjoys most the opportunity to meet with local business owners to learn about their operations and finds the time and money-saving solutions to meet their ongoing needs.
Christina has been part of the Chamber for the last 15 years and is on the board of the Professional Women’s Council and is active in her church being part of the Women’s Ministry Team as well as a Deacon. Tangee Huger is the Jacksonville Regional Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the merchant services industry. As Market Manager of the Jacksonville, FL area, she identifies small to medium sized merchants seeking a variety of non-cash payment options seeking merchant services to process credit cards in retail, mobile and eCommerce environment. She also consults existing Celero Commerce customers to identify new products that may be beneficial to their unique business needs.
During Tangee’s extensive career, she has worked her way up the ranks from a Customer Service Representative for a check acceptance company to Jacksonville Regional Manager working with retail, B2B, eCommerce, and wholesale merchants. She brings experience to process their credit cards, gift cards, loyalty cards and even online ordering for restaurants through Clover products.
A graduate of Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL, Tangee has a degree in psychology. Her real passion, however, is sales. From resolving customer inquiries as a customer service rep to training other sales reps, Tangee is highly skilled at what she does.
Outside of work, Tangee loves gardening and sports. She is also an avid Jacksonville Jaguar fan and has been a season ticket holder since the inception of the team. Serving her community is important to Tangee. She is the President of the Ft. Caroline Hills II HOA and the President of the Beaches Business Association, which raises funds for high school scholarships and supports the betterment of Jacksonville Beaches community.

Dawn is an Army brat who grew up all over this country and spent four years in Germany, where her father was stationed. Her parents both attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, as did many others in her family. She attended the University of Iowa, Palmer College of Chiropractic, as well as Rhode Island College.
As a massage therapist of 22 years, Dawn helped many people with their health. She is an herbalist, health coach, and single mom to two teenagers. She backpacked through Europe for a year with her two daughters, then decided to move to Florida to help her sister open Slainte Chiropractic in Jacksonville Beach.
Dawn’s goal is to open an herbal apothecary where she will help people learn more natural ways to take care of their health.

Megan DeGance is the Fields Program and Marketing Specialist for Jacksonville USO. Megan moved to Jacksonville Beach over 5 years ago from Gainesville, FL. She was the COO and Associate Publisher of a local publishing company and was the Marketing Director for O2B Kids. While in Gainesville, she served on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House of North Central Florida, Eldercare of Alachua County, the Board of Associates for Meridian Behavioral Healthcare and was in Leadership Gainesville 38. In Jacksonville, she was involved with Project SOS, Women’s Business Owners, Network of Women, and Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Florida. Megan loves creating out of the box events, dancing, and photography.
She has been married for 28 years to her husband Joe and has 3 children ages 27, 23 and 16.
Karen Howell is the Corporate Sales Manager for The Embassy Suites Jacksonville Baymeadows. She has worked predominantly in Hospitality since she graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1996.
Karen joined PWC in 2018 and is co-chair of the Hospitality Committee. She gives back to her community by volunteering at various city events throughout the year.
Karen, originally a Louisiana native, has 3 beautiful children ranging from 18 to 9 yrs old and a wonderful husband of 21 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends & family, walking the beach, a good book and a glass of wine.

Maria Inoa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, public speaker, and owner of Full Potential Counseling in Jacksonville, Florida where she provides both in-person and online counseling. She specializes in working with women to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. She is passionate about helping women heal from trauma, and as such, is trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). In addition to seeing clients, she enjoys speaking on various topics related to mental health and women.
Maria is a Florida native and graduate of Florida State University where she graduated with a master of clinical social work degree. She is a wife and a mom to a 6 and 3 year old. She is also proud to be on the board for the North Florida Birth Alliance. She has spent 15 years in the mental health field and has been featured in Yahoo News, HealthiNation, Hello Giggles, The Zoe Report, and Thriveworks. Maria enjoys exploring new places, being outdoors, reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Wendy has been a resident of the Jacksonville area since 1984, and a Realtor in the area since 2004. She is the Team Lead for Hughes Group Jax with Keller Williams. Her team focuses on providing the best possible customer service for their clients, every step of the way. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice.
In December of 2018, Wendy became an Associate Broker and grew her team to 7 Real Estate Professionals. Shortly after the birth of their twins in 2003, they moved to their current hometown of Jacksonville, FL. Working as a top producer for Fred Miller Group Realty specializing in single-family homes and Historic areas, Gretchen met the partners, Chris & Carter Funk who would soon become SunCoast Property Management founders.
During her tenure at SunCoast Property Management, she held the positions of Sales Team Manager and Acquisitions Director. From there, she along with Chris created Southern Impression Homes and she was at the helm as Director of New Construction.
Starting in 2015 Gretchen took on yet another exciting venture as Director of Short-Term Rentals for SunCoast Property Management’s exciting new division, SunCoast Beach Vacations. She spent two years developing a dynamic pricing strategy with concierge services to offer a hassle-free system for both Owners and Guests.
